Jason did a great job negotiating the sale of my property and coordinating repair efforts. The value we got out of the sale was spot on what was requested and promised, and he was timely and prudent. He managed repairs and cleaning crews and insured that once he was on the project I didn't have to handle it myself. He was mostly easy to reach, and when I called after hours he would usually call me back within an hour or two tops. If there is anything I would say Jason could improve is the contact he uses for cleaning. It may have been my misunderstanding, but the cleaning crew missed some key items, which I later found out were not part of their scope. Overall Jason stood out way better than the realtor I worked with previously.
